Serve as a resource to the crew for sci-fi and trek related list servers, ftp sites, web sites, etc... Assist crew in learning more about the commutation abilities of the Internet ie. file transfers, designing web pages, IRC, Chats, etc... Oversee the operation and promotion of the Ship's FTP, WEB, CHAT Sites, and usenet newsgroup operations.
